ZOTEL BUSINESS & LEISURE HOTEL, Kuching – A Smart Stay in the City

I stayed at this hotel thanks to a friend's recommendation. The design of the place was quite interesting, with some quirks that I found amusing, like the shared door for the toilet and bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a nice sleep despite some noise from outside. However, the staff could benefit from better training, as their attitude was a bit lacking. On the plus side, there's a lot of dining options nearby and it's conveniently close to a shopping mall.

The inn has a decent location with plenty of nearby dining options and a shopping mall within walking distance. The rooms are modern and acceptably clean but have issues with temperature control in the shower. Facilities are basic, and while some staff were helpful, service was inconsistent. Overall, it's a fair place to stay if you don't mind some quirks.

If you're in need of transportation, securing a taxi can be a bit of a hassle without personal arrangements.
